Next week, Philadelphia Inquirer writer and long-time northern Uganda advocate, Carolyn Davis, will return to northern Uganda. She'll be joined by 16-year-old Jennifer Anyayo, who has been in the U.S. for about 17 months getting medical treatment for horrid burns she suffered in a LRA attack when she was about nine years old.
